Au Petit Goret, founded in 1979, is a privately owned Canadian company specialised in meat transformation and manufacturing of high-end deli meats, such as:  Hams, Smoked Meats and Bacon.
We use only the best cuts of fresh meat and natural ingredients as well as the traditional maple wood smoke to preserve and insure the quality of our products to our customers in Canada and internationally. Our team of specialists carefully controls each step of the production process: from the purchase of raw materials to the transport of finished products, giving a special attention to quality control.
